Having worked across the creative industries since 1986, Javed is known as the UK’s Godfather of Multicultural Media. He can generally be found watching the cricket or perfecting his signature Moroccan ‘vegetable tagine’ recipe.

Saad Al-Saraf

Saad was a promising centre forward in his younger days, but traded in leading the line for his local football team to head-up The Edge in 1986. A former IPA board member, he is a pioneer of multicultural media in the UK and has worked on both large government contracts and some of the world’s biggest brands.

Saif Al-Saraf

Following the completion of a Masters in Business from Durham University, Saif spent five years working in growth and digital marketing at some of the world’s largest tech companies - including Google and Snapchat. He spends much of his free time reading about world history or philosophy.

Luiza Dobroiu

As The Edge Media Manager, Luiza analyses marketing trends and consumer behaviour to assist in the buying and planning of media. She is a keen bridge player - a trait she inherited from her father - and can often be found at her local cinema..
